    "Stray and loose dogs are constantly roaming in this area. Small dogs, cats are not safe unless contained and I wouldn’t trust small children around a pack of wild dogs. "

    "This neighborhood use to be awesome. We would play outside and it was safe. Once families moved out and investors came in and started renting out these homes it was no longer safe. "
