    "safe and fairly friendly Neighborhood that has the elementary school right outside the back gate your kids can easily walk or ride a bike too. This is a huge, often overlooked, convenience I should be heavily under consideration"

    "There’s plenty of good parks. There’s plenty of good dog parts too as well. There is still some homeless people that stay around getting off the bus. The HOA is very high over here. They’re always doing construction on the streets that seem like they have nothing wrong with them instead of fixing the streets that do need something fixed traffic is pretty busy over here. Some neighbors mind their business some don’t frequent car accidents, almost quiet area, though love and favor that it’s quiet lots of dogs over here, but people are not as friendly with letting their dogs meet other dogs plenty of food places, but you’ll get tired at the same ones over and over great access to all freeways."

    "The community is friendly, people are nice for the most part. The parking isn’t as nice I live in a hotel suite and not enough parking and the parking spots are very close together that people hang the car doors. You can walk to stores even at night due to there is lots of lights. "

    "we have potlucks and community gatherings for things like Easter and Halloween. everyone brings their candy and we out it all in the bowls on the table and have a potluck and just sit around by the fire at the end of cul-de-sac and streets. "

    "Wide range of family demographics. Mix of young families, retirees, etc. No park in the square mile (used to be you'd go to the school, but laws have changed and it's kept locked up except for official school use. Yard sizes allow for there to be places for kids to play at home. Also, there are parks within 1-3 miles from this neighborhood, but none within walking distance."

    "This community is absolutely the definition of a dog friendly community! There are several parks, as well as trails for hiking nearby, and dog parks. I’d say that about 85% of people I see walking in the park and around the community, have dogs. "

    "I don't hear about alot of burglaries in that neighborhood. I think it's because several people have cameras, like Ring at their homes. Seems to feel a little safer knowing that if there was any mischief, the people could be easily identified."
