    "Plenty of dog owners, so it’s understandable if your dog barks a bit. There are also small parks within the subdivision if you want somewhere to play with your dog. If you have a small breed, beware of possible coyotes and hawks."

    "The 347 is horrible! If you do not already live in Maricopa, I would NOT recommend moving here until something is done to improve the traffic flows in and out of Maricopa."

    "There is only one main route in and out of Maricopa and it is only 2 lanes in each direction with traffic lights. 16 miles total but takes 30-35 minutes one way every day!"

    "I've lived here for 4 years and love being removed from the noise, traffic, and congestion of Phoenix. It has most of the conveniences found in the East Valley and other Phoenix suburbs without the high prices and annoyances. "

I am a snowbird, stay here on my own while my husband commutes back & forth, I feel very comfortable here, easy to get around anywhere,everything I need is here(except Marshalls, so I set my gps & away I go!!) wonderful neighbors,and I feel very safe on my own.
