"Great neighborhood for starting out or if you're looking for low maintenance yards since the HOA takes care of all of the front yard landscaping. There are a lot of parks and greenbelts nearby to walk with your pet or to go for a jog. Downtown Chandler is only a couple miles away where many art fairs and festivals take place along with shopping and nightlife. The local school system is part of Chandler Unified School District which is one of the best in the state."
