    "There are no animals seen to be running free, so safe to walk you dog without other pets attacking by suprise. all pets I've seen are kept fenced! Neiborhood has plenty of green areas although no sidewalks! Nice and quiet neighborhood!"

    "I have lived in the Spring Lake neighborhood for over 3 years and have nothing but good feeling. My neighbors are friendly and seem to really care and we look out for each other. I know all the families that live around me and in this day in age, that is rare. For me, most importantly, quiet!!"
