The salt air awaits you 10 minutes from the Beach and 7 minutes from the historic district. Enjoy this tastefully renovated pool apartment with 1 bedroom where you can stay near the action. Our upscale amenities include a full kitchen, fast WiFi, a washer/dryer, A/C & heat with outdoor living options such as a gated pool, BBQ grill, and patio dining. Sleeping arrangements include 1 king and 1 sofa bed (in the living room) for up to three people.
Apartment also is attached to main house, 4 bedroom 3 bath, that can be rented together (separate listing) for a total accommodation of 12 with a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Pool and backyard are shared with sister listing guest, but fenced separately.

*No property managers, please

Parking:Maximum of 2 cars can fit.

*Pool is not advised for none swimmers and proper use of the pool is the tenant's responsibility

Pool is shared with the sister unit of the property.
Rent is variable depending on the date and length of stay.
PET FEES & RULES:
 Please advise if you have pets. This listing is pet-friendly. However, due to cat allergies, we only allow dogs.
We charge a pet fee of:
$25/per day per pet that you bring with you. This reduces to...
$150/week per pet and...
$300/month per pet for longer-term guests.

 Pets are not allowed on the furniture, on the beds, or in the pool.
Pet poop should be picked up, no poop should be left in the property.
When left alone should be crated.

ADDITIONAL FEES MAY OCCUR IF THERE ARE ANY DAMAGES BY THE PET.
 *Undisclosed pets will result in a $500 charge.*
 Additional fee may occur if excessive shedding/pet fur is left after departure.
 Bully breeds are not allowed, multiple pets require prior approval
 Dogs over 25 lbs will require extra verification and approval

Please type that you acknowledge that no parties are allowed. If there are any undisclosed people, it will be a $500 charge per person.

 SMOKING RESTRICTIONS
All smoking is to occur outside, and away from any open doors or windows. Strictly no smoking inside the property! Penalty: $3000.

 CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation policies on this site are as followed:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you'll be paid 50% for all nights.

If you need any additional information, please do not hesitate to ask, it would be my pleasure to answer any questions you may have!
We will contact you a few days before your arrival to make sure that everything is okay on your side, and give you some additional instructions for a smooth check-in.

The beach is located in Anastasia Island which has a lot of activities. the Lighthouse is nearby, and Saint Augustine’s beach is through the 312 bridge. There is an Amphitheatre close by which has many local and international events. Loads of restaurants, wine tasting and bars, shops/boutiques, museums including the Fountain of youth ca be visited."

It’s just a nice, established, well-maintained neighborhood with a cheap home owners association that really is functional, and neighbors are friendly and range widely in age. There’s tons of sidewalks, parks, ponds, wildlife, and very easy access to all types of stores and restaurants. "
