Includes a dehumidifier, large bedroom window, five closets for plenty of storage, outdoor grill and water spigots front and back. Apartment is equipped with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers. New entry locks / toilet seat with every tenant. The only shared area is the laundry room. No quarters needed. Wegmans, Planet Fitness beach, bike paths etc. nearby.
This apartment is intended for a single occupant only. No smoking, vaping, marijuana use, harsh scents or pets as your neighbor, I also maintain the same policies. A quiet, easy going single dad lives upstairs (owner}. No drama, slamming doors, base speakers or long walks to the laundry that you would have to deal with here.
Rent is $1,200 per month. Seeking credit score of 700 or higher, done through Zillow if selected. Driver's license, proof of employment and application. Rent can be paid online or at any ESL branch. Thank you for your interest, and apologies if I am unable to respond to every inquiry.

    "The corn hill festival, the church across the street. The community bar is in the area that we love. The police station is down the street also. The neighborhood isn’t too far away neighbor walk there dogs daily over here. It’s definitely a great environment to raise your kids in this beautiful neighborhood. I would love to be able to come back to this area. "

    "Not really built for dogs. The price is right but the utilities here dont really work for my dogs and they are small. The washer dryer combos in these apartments are made for people that dont have winter let alone dogs. They use ventless cheap ge units that take forever to dry and dont remove dog hair or lint. So be prepared to spend more money for a unit and more on the washer and dryer downstairs."
