This is definitely the cheapest 800+ square feet in Ogden once you consider all utilities and WIFI are included. Whole apartment has tile flooring. Cool, quirky 100 year old home.
Apartment is in the basement of my home. Separate side-entrance, walk down the garden-box lined driveway and into your unit. Full kitchen, gas fireplace and ceramic heater for winters. Open concept kitchen to living room, separate bedroom with a walk-in closet and bathroom (shower, no tub). Super low ceilings, so probably not for a tall person!
No smoking. No pets. Single occupancy only.
My family of 4 and our dog live on the main floor so this is absolutely not a party apartment. Yes, you can absolutely hear us walking around and occasional kid-noise. But we are always chill from 9pm on. If you are looking for a quiet place in a great location, this is IT. Some months you can get a discount by feeding our outdoor cat when we travel!
Monthly rent includes all utilities and WIFI. Street parking only, but the spot in front of the house is available 95% of the time!
LGBTQ+ and all stellar humans welcome. Eco-minded with xeriscape and solar panels. Tenant has access to shared laundry room 1 day per week.
