Welcome to Your Family Getaway in the Tampa Bay area, in Largo FL.

Leases available for one up to six months as a short term rental (STR) or possibly twelve months for entire furnished house, contingent on availability. If able to lease for longer than 6 months rent would not include the 13% STR tax requirement so would just be 4,650/month. For less than 6 months, additional 13% would be added to monthly price for STR tax. Tours will not be provided. Photos as shown are accurate.

Centrally located in Largo, FL this fully furnished and updated, family-friendly home is just minutes from white sand beaches. Whether you want to get away or are traveling for an extended work trip, enjoy 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen, open living and dining areas, plus an enclosed heated pool (kept at 85 F) with patio and outdoor seating. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, with walkable access to the Pinellas Trail & Taylor Park. Many other attractions and dining are just a short drive including Clearwater, Dunedin, St. Pete and Tampa.

Prime Location: Centrally located in Largo, just minutes from the stunning Gulf Coast beaches, including our personal favorite Indian Rocks Beach this vacation home is perfectly situated for your Florida escape. You'll love the quiet residential neighborhood, peaceful surroundings, and easy access to nearby attractions like Clearwater and Tampa (about 30 minutes away).

Relax Inside and Out: The highlight of our home is the recently refinished, heated, and lighted pool (maintained at a cozy 85 F year-round), surrounded by a fully fenced yard for privacy. The partially covered patio features comfortable outdoor seating, dining areas, and a gas grill perfect for enjoying Florida's beautiful weather.

Inside, the open-concept living space includes:
+ A living room with a comfortable sofa set and large smart TV for relaxing evenings
+ A spacious dining room with seating for everyone and direct access to the pool area
+ A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, soft-close cabinets, and all the essentials from a drip coffee maker and Keurig to a crockpot and toaster

Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements: With four bedrooms, The Gentle Inn comfortably accommodates families or groups:
+ The primary suite boasts a king bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower
+ The second bedroom features two twin beds, which can be converted into a king bed upon request
+ The third bedroom offers a queen bed and a desk setup ideal for remote work or study with a closet housing a Pack 'n Play and high chair
+ The fourth bedroom includes a full bed plus twin bunk beds, maximizing sleeping space

A second full bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, double vanity, and ample storage.

There’s a hospital and pharmacy close by and there’s lots of thrift stores and restaurants but it’s a very quiet neighborhood and neighbors do not get in your personal space at your residence "

Dog park is about 12 minutes, 102nd street can be slow at times. Marina is less than 5 minutes away, only delays are when Anona Elementary on Indian Rocks Road is beginning or ending their day"
