 Please Note This property is part of a duplex. We kindly ask all guests to be respectful of the neighboring unit, follow all house rules, and keep noise levels to a minimum. Guests should use only the spaces designated for their stay. The backyard is fully fenced but shared between both sides of the duplex.

Guest access
The side of the duplex home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out. This property is part of a townhouse/duplex. We kindly ask all guests to be respectful of the neighboring unit and adhere to all house rules. Please keep noise levels to a minimum and use only the areas designated for your stay. Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Our home is ideally situated just minutes from the Chiefs and Royals stadiums. Explore an array of charming boutiques, enjoy local dining spots, and experience lively entertainment options nearby. Outdoor enthusiasts will also appreciate the nearby parks, scenic hiking trails, and recreational activities.

Perfect for family vacations, business trips, or weekend getaways, our home offers the ideal blend of comfort and convenience.

Getting around
This eastern part of the city is south of historic Independence and north of Raytown, west of Blue Springs & Lees Summit and east of central (downtown) Kansas City. It's not far from KC Zoo, Starlight Theater, Power & Light District, Crossroads District, Country Club Plaza, Kauffman Performing Arts Center, Silverstein Arena and more! 5 Minute drive from Arrowhead and Royals Stadiums
Other things to note

HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times 10:00pm to 7:00am.

Trip-Related Issues. From time to time, things happen! And when they do, we want the opportunity to fix them immediately, so you can continue enjoying your stay. If any issues come up, please let us know so we can try our best to fix it right away!

PETS:
Unauthorized or unreported pets may result in fines up to $500, plus any damages or extra cleaning.

NOTE: There are exterior security cameras at the entrance of the home for the safety of our tenants and for the security of the residence and our guests. The cameras are all pointing away from the home and are in public view and are recording 24/7

Interaction with guests
You are welcome to contact us with questions should anything come up during your stay we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it's necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.

Owner pays for wifi, water, gas and electric.
NO smoking allowed. $1,000 fine for smoking in the property.
Dogs are allowed. There is a $50 fee for one dog and $100 for two dogs

Length of stay is negotiable upon tenants needs.

    "the biggest issue I see is that there are lots, I mean LOTS of stay dogs around this area. there are also another of busy or main roads so that could be a issue if you don't have a fence or a kennel. other dog owners in this area are also not good about picking up after their dogs. on the bright side there are some walking trails and parks in the area. "
