- Time since occurrence.
- Relevance to tenancy (safety, property, fraud).
- Arrests without conviction are not sole grounds for denial.

- Screening fee (if applicable) reflects actual screening cost only.
- If an application is declined based on screening, a written notice will be provided with details.
