- A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required.
- Tenant must maintain renters insurance throughout the lease term with a minimum of $300,000 personal liability coverage and coverage for personal property. Proof of insurance (declarations page) is required before move-in and upon each policy renewal. Landlord must be listed as an Interested Party (Additional Interest) to receive notice of policy cancellation or non-renewal.
