Easy walk to both Colusa Circle (.2 mi) and Solano Avenue (.5 mi). #79 bus to UC Berkeley stops next door. LBL shuttle bus stops at Colusa and Solano. UCB (3 miles) and BART (1 mile) are a bus or bike ride away. Plenty of on-street parking - no permits required.

$2,575 rent and $3,000 security deposit required upfront. Water and trash removal paid by owner. Gas and electric split equally. Unfurnished. No smoking of any kind including incense. No pets or loud, late parties. Minimum one year lease. Prior rental references, proof of income, and good credit required.
