The available room is located on the second floor and is furnished with a bed, dresser, and nightstand. The room include a small closet with a utility closet in short distance. If the tenant has their own furniture that they would like to replace the room furniture with, let the owner know.

Tenants can use the open parking spots directly outside the condo and around the complex. Plus, the community includes two pools open during the summer and a tennis court.

Minimum lease is 3 months but will automatically renew for month-to-month basis after until tenant terminates with 30-day notice. Internet and Utilities are included in rent.
