Not well lit so sundown rules work best. Rather deep drainage ditches so mind the rookies and special needs closely. There’s many helpers and friendly houses regardless of appearance. The location is central to everything with short drives to downtown or the beach, and grocery stores and a gym in walking distance. Best of all to me are all the trees that surround the entire development. They are lush and gorgeous. It’s a lovely place to live. "
