Tenants are responsible for all other utilities and landscaping maintenance. In addition to the security/pet deposit, there will be a non-refundable carpet cleaning fee in the amount of $375, to be paid with all other move in charges.

Cats and small dogs 20lbs or under allowed with refundable pet deposits. $500 for the first pet & $250 for each additional pet. Please inquire about your specific pet/animal situation for more specific and individual details.

Approved applicants have the option to pay security/pet deposits over the first 3 months of the lease.

Renters insurance is required with a minimum of $300,000 in liability coverage.

NW Property Management Group does not accept comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports. All adult occupants must complete a full credit and criminal background check. Non-refundable application fee is $55 per application.

Our community all seem to have their own transportation for the most part. There are buses but I have little or no information on their reliability or anything."
