Mature trees offer additional privacy and keeps the house shaded in the afternoon, which helps to keep cooling costs down in hotter months.

Elementary-aged kids would go to Riverside Elementary School, which is a terrific school. This house is also just 1/2 mile from Twin Hills Park, which is where many youth sports practices and games take place. The park also has a 1/2 mile trail around a lake, splash pad, and multiple playgrounds.

This property is very close to multiple grocery stores, restaurants, and gas stations. The commute to Eglin AFB is reasonable, and it would be very quick to Duke Field.

It's truly a drug infested violent area. No place to raise a family...on the north side that is. South Crestview isn't too bad, with the city expanding and new homes being built next to nicer newer homes and apartment complexes. Be wise. "
