The house has extensive gardens and lawn area that are cared for professionally at the landlord's expense. There is a full unfinished basement with laundry facilities and utilities sink. The spacious one car garage has a remote-control garage door.

The house is ideal for remote workers, retirees, or any mature tenant seeking a beautifully renovated home in the Avenues of historic downtown Durango. The house accommodates a maximum of three people.

Provide the following information: your employment status, reason for leaving your current residence, your roommate situation, and if you have a pet. I will do an initial screening based on your responses and if it appears you would be a great fit, we can schedule a showing. After the showing, I will send you an application if you want to move forward with a lease. When your application is approved, a lease will be prepared.

Renter is responsible for all utilities.
Renter is responsible for snow removal.
Landlord provides yard maintenance.
One small dog (up to 30 pounds) or one cat may be allowed pending the landlord's approval. Fee for a dog is $50/month.
Lease term is 12 months.
The security deposit is equal to one month's rent and is due upon signing the lease.
First and last month's rent is due when the lease commences.
Smoking is allowed outside the house.
There is a garage for one car and on-street parking in front of the house.
