Applicants will provide proof of monthly income 3x that of monthly rent. No pets.

12 month lease. Gas/Electric/Water Utilities included in rent/paid by landlord. Owner uses upstairs unit. Garbage Service and Wi-Fi paid for by tenant. On-site garage parking for two cars included in rent. No smoking in house. Smaller pet negotiable with pet fee.

    "This is a very quiet, peaceful, low traffic neighborhood. Easy to go for morning stroll or bike around. Small children's play area. Good mix of young families and older neighbors. No walkable shops or restaurants and public transportation is a little bit of a challenge to access. Great place to walk pets but no walkable dog parks."
