Hi everyone! We're looking for a new roommate to join our home in the East Mesa area, just northeast of East Southern avenue and Ellsworth road. My wife and I live here with our dogs and rent out our two extra rooms.

One of our current roommates is moving out next month, so we have a room available for rent soon.
**About the Room
- Size: Approximately (13x9)
- Walk-in Closet: 6.5x4.25
- Shared Full Bath with one other roommate

**Rent Details
- $800 per month (includes utilities: water, electric, and internet)
- Appliances provided
- First month's rent and security deposit (equal to one month's rent) required upon signing ($1600 total)
