This charming unit offers beautiful vinyl wood floors, a ceiling fan, and lots of storage, giving the space a comfortable and functional layout. Large kitchen with lots of cabinet space. Bedroom has a large walk-in closet

Parking Options:
1. Street parking
2. Local parking spot at the Senior center (more info can be provided)
3. Shared parking spot; first come basis and is not controlled by management. No guarantee of a spot
4. Garage spot comes with unit but can currently only be used for storage.

The building features a large courtyard, gated entry, and convenient onsite laundry with 1 washer and 1 dryer operated through a pay app. The location also offers easy access to the Metro, public transportation, bike paths, and nearby freeways, making commuting and beach days simple.

Alamitos Beach is nearby and offers wide sandy beaches, walking and biking paths, volleyball courts, and easy access to Downtown Long Beach and the waterfront.

Pet Policy: One small dog or cat may be considered, subject to breed and size restrictions.

$35 application fee per adult.
Each adult over the age of 18 must submit a separate application.
Applicants must have good credit and verifiable income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent.
Applicants will need to provide the last two pay stubs and last two bank statements.
Once approved, occupancy must take place no later than two weeks after approval.
