YOUR ROOM Upstairs master bedroom. Not furnished. Your 17'x12' part of the walk-out attached balcony has a breathtaking view that overlooks all of SoCal and pours vivid colors in with every California sunset.

BATHROOM Jack and Jill bathroom shared with one person. Your own personal vanity. Water closet, jacuzzi bath, and walk-in shower.

KITCHEN Two fridges. Assigned cupboard and drawer space. Some shared kitchenware.

PETS Cat friendly (up to 2), dog friendly (up to 1). Additional pets may be considered with an adjusted monthly rent. They must live in your room but welcome to come out if supervised. All males must be neutered.

EXTRAS Driveway parking space. Garage parking for bikes. Shared washer + dryer in garage. Downstairs balcony has a squat rack, bench, and weight set. Smoking outdoors only. Relaxed but respectful guest policy. Common home rules.

ABOUT Live out landlord. My husband is the owner and I'm the property manager. Housemate occupations all vary. Ages 20 30s, one gentleman is retired. Cleanliness and a peaceful environment is a top priority here. This isn't a party spot; it's all about having a neat and peaceful place to call home. We value respect, privacy, tidiness, and mutual consideration.
