Quite Sleep at night. Peaceful atmosphere. Landlord (Jeff):
Easy to get along with, one super awesome dog, I go out sometimes after work, and take some weekend trips away here and there.

Shared Kitchen includes Microwave, Stove, Oven, refrigerator, Freezer, Dishwasher
Dishes, Glasses.

Easy-going, and love to have a great time. Enjoy yoga, dancing, try to eat healthy/workout, drink a little wine, laugh a lot, watch funny shows, etc.
Hoping to find:
Respectful, clean roommate. Pay your rent on time, please be a kind and responsible person. I am super chill, but no hard drugs.

Big yard with fire-pit & jacuzzi
(will be nice for the colder months)
Green-thumb? You're welcome to grow a garden. Plenty of room.

    "My neighborhood is friendly and has more animal lovers around than you would imagine. I also have a short commute to the freeway to get to work or parts of Scottsdale and Phoenix quickly. Everything is in the long stretch of road that I live on that I would need from day to day. I love this area simply because it has gotten better and its not perfect but its getting better. All we can do is try and take it one day at a time and one small act of kindness a day to change the future of our community we live in. "

They no longer trim palm trees, & the water has been off since yesterday-no notice given, no way to reach anyone, office closed on weekends.Tried calling office number, it's out of order! Mgmt is rubbish, no way to contact anyone to address or improve anything. If you value your sanity, don't move here."

    "I love the desert landscape. It feels quiet and remote but you’re 5 minutes from grocery stores. I love to sit outside and drink my coffee in the morning looking at the hills covered with cactus. Today we had a roadrunner in the back yard, and often have rabbits and quail. Where can you see that?"
