The renovated eat-in kitchen features quartz countertops, a charming bay window, full-size appliances, and a built-in counter seating area - perfect for morning coffee, simple meals, or working from home.

The bathroom has been fully updated while preserving touches of the home's original charm, including built-in shelving, classic trim, and vintage-inspired details. The unit also includes the rare convenience of private in-unit laundry.

What truly sets this studio apart is the outdoor space: a private side yard, brick walkway, porch area, and backyard patio with planters, a garden, cafe lights, and room to breathe.
