HOA maintains front landscape, pool, tennis & basketball courts on the property. Owner pays HOA fees.
(If you have a dog you must get owner approval)

Showings for the rental will be scheduled based on coordination with the current tenants.
Due to limited availability for showing the property it will have to be done open house style. I will message anyone interested with the agreed upon times once they have been established. Sorry these times will not be flexible.

Owner pays HOA fee and that includes water and trash. Renter pays electricity and internet separately. No smoking. Pet approval based on owner discretion. Unit includes washer and dryer hook ups, if previous tenant wants to leave their washer and dryer, new tenants can choose to keep them or they can be removed before move in.
Two designated covered parking spots are included right outside gate. There are additional uncovered guest and overnight spots available.
