- The renter is responsible for all utilities (water and electric). These utilities must be transferred before of moving in.
- Broadband internet is included. A month of free streaming can be arranged.

- At least 2 years renting history that can be verified.
- The monthly rent will be paid directly through Zelle or Cash App with no fees attached.
- Scheduled house inspections will be conducted for all tenants.
- The tenant will have to supply a refrigerator at move in.
- NO ANIMALS / PETS ALLOWED (inside or outside).
- Renter will be required to have renters insurance once moved in.
- Renter will be responsible for the first $250 in repairs (plumbing or electrical) per incident to be determined on a case-to-case base.

Just remember land marks and you will be just fine finding your way around. I have met so many people that moved to Florence and said it’s easy learning to get around the city. "

Dog owners are responsible and keep their dogs leashed or in fenced yards. The homes here are well maintained."
