Any pets incur a non-refundable pet deposit of $400 and a bi-weekly (every 2 weeks) cleaning requirement. The renter may select a cleaning service with approval of the owner, otherwise the owner will provide a reasonably priced cleaner service and apply that additional cost to the monthly payment schedule.
Zero tolerance of smoking/vaping.
The attached garage is used for storage and not available for use.
Reasonable wear and tear is expected, anything deemed non-reasonable wear and tear by the owner may be deducted from the security deposit at the end of the lease.
Renter will sign a month-to-month agreement and be required to give 30 days notice to end the lease.
