Small but cute! Perfect for snowbirds looking to escape the heat! Multiple units come with a friend and enjoy the Seacoast!

1-2 minute walk to the sands of Hampton Beach and walking distance to many restaurants and the amphitheater which provides entertainment and performances all summer long.

Return renters year after year. quiet community. No parties or events.

Cottage can be furnished or unfurnished. Small refrigerator and cooktop.
No laundry on site but laundromat nearby. Parking for one car and state owned nearby lot (right next door) for additional cars at renters expense. Window a/c. Owner supplies wifi electric water and sewer.
Renting by season only. April - October Can be somewhat flexible on dates. Full Season payment due in full at beginning of rental via bank check or Zelle.

No pets.

Come spend the summer at the beach!

If you're commuting to Boston, Portland or Manchester Route 101 is 1/2 mile away and Interstate 95 is 2 miles away. 2 1/2 miles to Exeter shopping but still in the Hampton School District. Best of both Worlds. Beaches are just 6-7 miles east."
