This space is preferably for one person only; two people may be considered. I am looking for someone quiet and respectful that works full time outside of the house. You must provide proof of good credit and employment - no exceptions here, sorry.

No pets, but we do have dogs downstairs, so please be dog-friendly.
No smoking, vapes, or drugs.
