Plus a housekeeper approximately once a month for no additional charge. The apartment includes recently remodeled kitchen with stove, very spacious walk-in closet, huge living room and bedroom, plush carpet, remodeled bathroom vanity, large linen closet, and off-street parking for one vehicle.

Note that some photos show the kitchen and bathroom before remodel. TV and blue framed picture are not included with the unit.

This space is preferably for one person only. I am looking for someone quiet and respectful that works full time outside of the house. You must provide proof of good credit and employment - no exceptions here, sorry.

No pets, but we do have dogs downstairs, so please be dog-friendly.
No smoking, vapes, or drugs (including 420).

Other than that there are a few homeless people in the area and some unpleasant people around.
