Rent includes use of a finished shed that has washer & dryer, wood floors, and could function as a flex room, office, or storage. It has a kitchenette with a small refrigerator/freezer and a counter top oven. Has a sunny organic shared fenced backyard with established fruit trees and abundant garden space. Landmate is a health worker who lives in the main house. Offering off-street and bike parking. Reviewing applicants until it is available in mid June. Rent includes utilities, garbage, internet, and comes partially furnished. Proof of income, references, background and credit check, 1 month's rent deposit. No pets but service animals are welcomed.

The sunsets are gorgeous. It is incredibly safe for kids and pets. There is a real sense of community and we have truly enjoyed our time here. I highly recommend the area!"
