Great place on historic ranch in Morrison but close to Conifer. This is one of 7 homes on this ranch which has private hiking trial with its own mountain peak only accesable through this property. This cabin sits adjacent to the horse pasture, has a small fenced in yard and basement and additional storage shed.
Mountain living but close to everything, 4 miles to Conifer shopping center and only one stop sign from this cabin to DIA. The main road to this place is paved and plowed by the county since it's on a school bus route.
Pets ok but only well-behaved dogs and no aggressive breeds.
Must be okay with wildlife and the vehicle appropriate to handle the 'mountains'.
Rent includes utilities - Gas, Electric, Sewer, Water
doesn't include internet, trash
Sorry I don't have pictures of the bedroom and full bathroom, but this place does have them!
