Welcome to Rosa's Cottage! This is a classic, woodland Tryon cottage, 864 square feet, two bedrooms, one bathroom. The house is located in Nina Simone's neighborhood on 1.5 acres above Tryon, an easy walk from downtown. It was fully renovated in 2025 with updated plumbing, electrical, and a fully updated kitchen and bathroom.

 The primary bedroom includes three large windows with beautiful views of the surrounding woodlands and two closets. The home boasts original hardwood floors in the dining room, living room, and both bedrooms, and new tile in the kitchen and bathroom. Both the kitchen and bathroom are fully renovated with new appliances, which are included in the price.

 The neighborhood is very quiet, so walking dogs (or taking a stroll yourself!) is easy and safe. The property itself is located on 1.5 wooded acres. You can easily take your canine friend for a quick stroll without leaving the property.

There is a wheelchair ramp allowing access to the front door. The main living spaces (living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and primary bedroom) can all be accessed by wheelchair. The driveway is large with plenty of parking. This property can be rented furnished for an additional $150/month (total $1650/month).

 One cat or dog is allowed. No pet rent required.

    "Lived in tryon for some time. I moved back north. Not a very friendly community. Best if you have strong ties here. People originally from around this area feel as if people moving here is not good for them. Poor economy. Businesses constantly failing. And it is true there is an alcohol problem as many people are bored and unhappy in tryon especially people under 50 or so. Not a good place for children. This town should also be red flagged as a gang stalking community. Ideal for retirees who don't go out much."
