The space:
Welcome to The Lake House, a spacious 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom retreat designed to accommodate up to 16 guests. Each bedroom is generously sized and thoughtfully designed with modern standards for both style and comfort. Every room has its own TV, offering relaxation and entertainment for all. The primary bedroom features a private balcony with stunning lakeside views, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a peaceful desert sunset. The living area is equipped with fun games like shuffleboard and board games, while the fully stocked kitchen has everything needed for group meals and gatherings.
Outside, the home sits right on the water, offering a peaceful escape. Lounge on the sunbeds as you soak in the calm of the lake, or take a dip in the pool with its perfect lake view. Enjoy afternoons barbecuing, playing on the putting green, or simply relaxing in the comfortable outdoor space. Whether you're savoring the breathtaking sunset or enjoying the waterfront serenity, this oasis is the ideal place to unwind and create lasting memories.
INTERIOR DETAILS:
This home accommodates up to 16 guests with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Additional spaces include a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining room, den, laundry area, and garage. Our kitchen is stocked with an extensive list of small appliances, cookware, dinnerware and utensils needed to prepare almost any family meal. We provide a starter kit of seasonings including salt, pepper and olive oil. Please inquire with our team if you would like a complete list of all our cookware and small appliances.
We provide a starter kit of consumables for your stay which includes: paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, coffee, tea, sugar, laundry pods, dryer sheets, toilet paper, make up remover, shampoo, conditioner, body gel and a welcome gift basket. This list is only intended as a starter kit; If you run out of consumables then you must be purchase additional items yourself. We also provide body towels and pool towels for the occupancy of the home, plus a set of hand towels and wash towels.

Terms and Conditions:
1. The rent price may vary depending on your requested dates and length of stay. We do not accept long-term bookings. We only accept short-term stays or rentals of 30 days or more. For more details on pricing, please refer to the Rates & Payment Details section in the listing description.
2. No parties or events are allowed.
3. As per the City of Indio Policy for vacation rentals, outdoor Quiet Hours are between 9PM - 8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday and Saturday. During Quiet Hours amplifying devices or music is prohibited outdoors. Outside of Quiet Hours, music or other outdoor noise is acceptable as long as it is not heard past the property line.
4. Pool heating is an additional $50/day and will be heated to 85 degrees. Please advise beforehand if you want to take advantage of pool heater as it takes 10 hours to heat the pool so it is warm by check in. If you decide to heat the pool we require a minimum of 3 days pool heating due to rising gas costs.
5. Early check in at 1PM ($150) and late check out at 2PM ($150) is available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back to back bookings to allow for proper cleaning.
6. Minimum 25 years of age to book.
7. SOME pets are allowed for an extra fee ($150/pet). Please consult with the owner before bringing the pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the bed. While we do allow some pets with prior approval, a $500 fine will be imposed for any presence or evidence of unapproved pets found within the premises.
8. No more than 4 vehicles allowed. There is absolutely NO overnight parking allowed in Terra Lago. The community will issue a fine.
9. No smoking inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a minimum fine of $500.
10. Tampering with noise monitoring devices will automatically result in eviction and a forfeit of all fees paid for unused nights and amenities.
11. Any missing or damaged linen, towels or small appliances will be deducted from the security deposit pre-authorized hold that is placed on the credit card on file.
