Welcome to Home-Away, Downtown Columbus! We are excited to bring this beautiful home to the market. We know that all of the visitors to our great city deserve a comfortable space to call home -- and this is just such a place.

This is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom property with a private backyard. We boast a comfortable living room, a grand dining area with original fireplace, a well-appointed kitchen and a beautiful back porch and fire pit. Walk a few blocks to all of the best amenities and activities that Columbus has to offer...!

OWNER pays for internet & lawn maintenance; TENANT pays all other utilities (water, power, trash)

Lease terms are 6-months, 12-months, flexible. If you are interested, please reach out and we are happy to discuss your situation.

Tenant is responsible for changing the air filters (3 air filters will be provided at move-in), lightbulbs. Tenant will also be responsible for charging the ring video doorbell (all supplies provided) and changing the batteries on the electronic lock.

    "I grew up in this area and I moved back around a yr ago. It has deteriorated over the yrs,sadly. The south side has alot of violence:shootings,drugs,break-ins and gang violence. There has been a few shootings recently in oakland park. There is a good bit of abandoned houses in the neighborhood. We definitely keep the doors locked. The schools are terrible,If we stay in the area will be hard-shipping my kids or home schooling next yr. "
