Located off Emerson Drive in Carson City, you're still close to shopping, freeways, and recreation but the house itself is surrounded by trees and natural landscaping. Far enough away that you don't hear the usual city noises. This house has plenty of appealing features such as new appliances, Tesla charger, water softener, formal dining room with butler's pantry, and a formal dining room or parlor.

Tenants are responsible for water, sewer, gas, and electricity. Looking for a 1-year lease to start out with. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY THROUGH ZILLOW. Nevada Premier Properties has an application process that includes current rental and employment verifications. We also run a background and credit check.
