The primary suite is well appointed with king bed, ceiling fan, wall mounted flat screen television, and en suite with spa-like feels! There is a spacious closet, dual sinks with quartz counters and large stall shower with gorgeous tile work and the private commode stall and spacious linen closet.
Bedroom two is located to the front of the home and boasts the formal furnishings, large closet, and en suite with full tub/shower combo and single vanity with quartz counter. The half bath is located on the final wing of the home which is perfect when entertaining along with the 3rd and final bedroom and laundry room. Bedroom 3 also has an en suite with shower stall and single vanity with quartz counter.

The community of the Isles at Lakewood Ranch offers an overabundance of amenities! The Pier House offers a lounge which is fully furnished with relaxation space inside and out plus kitchen televisions and a natural gas fireplace! The heated pool offers a lap portion on one end and a beach style entry on the other! How perfect!
There is the pool kitchenette and tables plus access to the meditation lawn, the jacuzzi, and the fishing pier from the Pier House.
