Updates have been made to the house including a first floor washer/dryer, new kitchen appliances, cabinet, and countertops. The second floor has an updated full bathroom and newer carpets. There is a one-bedroom house that sits next/behind the main house that has a tenant in it.

Water is included in the rent but if charges are above $300 per quarter, these will be passed on to the tenant. All other utilities are at the tenants expense. Pets are allowed with landlord approval and a pet deposit.
