Details:

Tenant must sign up for their own utilities: gas, electric, water/sewer, trash/recycling, and internet/cable (Xfinity, optional). First month and fully refundable $7600 security deposit required upon signing. Additional fully refundable pet deposit may be required. Employment and/or landlord references required. $35 background check required for all adult residents. All adult residents must be listed on lease.

Tenant responsible for utility payments to be put in their name including gas, electric, trash & recycling, water & sewer, and internet/cable (Xfinity, optional). Landlord controls irrigation system and follows High Country Conservation watering schedule. Roof heat tape must be turned on in winter months. Tenant responsible for full electric and water/sewer bill.

12-month or longer leases preferred. Security deposit and first month's rent due upon signing. Security deposit and pet deposit refundable depending on condition of property upon move-out.

No smoking of any kind in unit.

Five dedicated, off-street parking spots available.

Tenant responsible for snow removal, hot tub, and landscape maintenance.

Renters insurance requires covering all tenants.
