Acerca de esta Casa
En inglésI have a beautiful, large, 3rd-floor loft to rent. It includes a full private bathroom and a large walk-in closet. The loft is approximately 525 square feet and currently partially furnished. It comes with a desk, refrigerator, microwave, and hot plate. You could use these or bring your own furniture.
I am only looking to rent to single occupants. Ideally, you like dogs as I travel about once a month and could use help watching my dog when I am away in exchange for rent credit.
This loft is in a house on a quiet, beautiful block in the older part of the Central Park neighborhood and is only a 7-minute walk from the 29th Avenue Town Center. It is only one block from Aviator Pool. It is 10 minutes from the Anschutz Medical Campus and Stanley Marketplace, 15 minutes from Downtown, and only 22 minutes from DIA. It is also only a 10-minute bike ride away from the 50,000 sq. ft. Central Park Rec Center.
Rent includes access to a washer and dryer on the second floor and some storage in the basement. You are also welcome to store your bike in the garage. On-street parking is available.
Previous tenants have stayed for 2 and 3 years, respectively. The loft includes a refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, and hot plate. The main floor kitchen can also be made available on a scheduled basis.
This loft will be available starting November 1st, and possibly earllier.
Monthly rent is $1025 for a 12-month lease + $75 to cover the cost of a pro-rated share of all utilities, including water, electric, gas, high-speed internet, landscape maintenance, and use of laundry facilities and supplies. The total of rent + all utilities is $1,100 per month. Longer or shorter-term leases will also be considered.
This would be an excellent home for a single professional or student who works/studies at the Anschutz Medical Campus or Downtown. I am looking for someone with a predictable schedule, but the loft may also be a good fit for a flight attendant or pilot.
The loft does have a door and is completely private, but access to it is through a semi-private staircase in the house.
On-street parking is available.
Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis. I have a 54-pound Australian Cattle Dog named Barley, and any pet would need to get along with him.
The first month's rent plus a $450 refundable security deposit would be due at lease signing. The tenant would also be required to obtain renter's insurance.
A credit and background check would also be required, and we are looking for a minimum credit score of 630 or a co-signer. No smokers, please.
We look forward to hearing from you.
