Upstairs there is a large loft, 3 bedrooms w/ big closets, a bonus room with a closet for storage & the 2nd full bath with a tub/shower combo, white vanity with granite countertop and a storage closet that runs the length of the hallway.

Outside you will enjoy mature trees, a fully fenced back yard with a large slap patio and walking distance to Converse North Park with a stocked lake for fishing, playground & walking trails.

One-Year Lease.

Application Fee $50.00 per adult (over 18 yo) who will occupy the house - payable at application submission.

Section 8/housing voucher - Not applicable

Utilities/Yard Maintenance/Air Filters - at tenant expense

Pet Policy - max of 2 pets (domestic only) - 40 lbs and under (note breed restrictions apply). Pet Fee (non-refundable $250.00 and Pet Rent $25.00 each month - for each pet in residence. Service animals no additional cost with approved paperwork.

Security Deposit due within 24 hours of application approval.

1st month rent due prior to move in.

    "Unfortunately there’s s back area across from Walmart that makes our new neighborhood look bad. The new neighborhood is safe and had a new elementary school build as well as pool and rec area. There’s a sheriff that lives in the next street and its next to the new freeway expansion and new outlets should be build within the next 5 years. Overall it’s easy access to the freeway. They are demolishing and taking over all those old homes with new apartments towards fm 78 etc. Can’t wait for this area to fully grow. It’s gonna be pretty nice I think "
