Tenant responsible for weekly lawn mowing (Landlord provides lawn mower), and timely snow removal (driveway and sidewalks). Landlord will pay for two weed control treatments, Tenants will be responsible for all other weed control.

All adults residing at the property must be on the lease and fill out an application. All applicants must provide income/employment/previous landlord verification, including paystubs from prior three months, bank statements from prior three months, contact information for current employer, and contact information for two previous landlords.
