Routine Maintenance: Tenant handles minor day-to-day upkeep, including replacing light bulbs , smoke alarm batteries , and changing the A/C filters every 2 months. Tenant is also responsible for maintaining the lawn/shrubs , washer, dryer , dishwasher , and garbage disposal.
Property Care Inspections: The landlord conducts a routine interior walkthrough every three months to ensure the home and climate control systems are being properly maintained. A minimum of 24 hours' advance notice will always be provided.
