We are available for showings by appointment from 9am to 6pm all days of the week. We give personal tours of our homes and answer any questions you may have.

1 - Pet fee $300 per dog, $150 per cat.
2 - Lower credit score requires up to 2 months deposit.
3 - Proof of income is required for all applicants.
4- Multi year lease Available

    "There are many family oriented community activities and events that take place throughout the year, and such a great quality environment to be surrounded with, especially the nice parks! The area is one of the best locations Raleigh has to offer in my opinion! It is a short distance to any of the surrounding towns/cities as well. While the communities are constantly building/growing/expanding around us, it is still such a quiet/peaceful neighborhood."

I think this area appears to be safe and pleasant for children as far as I have observed. Kids play outside with and without parent supervision and it seems everyone feels very safe and protected and neighbors seem to keep vigil about the surroundings in general. "
