It's located on the dead-end of a one-block court, a half-block from Mount Dora's picturesque Tremain Street Greenway Walking Trail, and just a few minutes' stroll from historic downtown Mount Dora and all its antique stores, museums, specialty shops, parks, and wide variety of restaurants.

There is absolutely no smoking permitted anywhere in the House. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Though separate from the Lease, historically there has been a "gentlemen's agreement" between the tenants of 742 Hacket Court (this property) and the tenants in 744 & 746 Hackett Court (the adjacent duplex) to evenly split the $120 monthly fee charged by the Lawn Maintenance Service that mows the grass for all three properties, at the same time, as if it was one large lawn, because it is not worth its time and effort to mow such small yards individually at different times..
