Perfect for traveling professionals, healthcare professionals on temporary assignments, families between homes, corporate relocations, or anyone seeking a comfortable, furnished home for an extended stay.

Designed for extended stays, the spacious layout offers flexibility for additional sleeping arrangements if needed. While the suite has one private bedroom, the large living area can accommodate an additional bed or air mattress for families or guests requiring extra sleeping space.

Shared Property Notice
This private suite is located on the lower level of an owner-occupied home and has its own private entrance. While the suite is completely separate from the main living area, guests should expect occasional normal household sounds from the upper level, such as footsteps or everyday activity. Every effort is made to provide a comfortable and respectful environment for guests.

Rental Requirements & Policies
* Minimum stay: 30 nights
* Signed rental agreement required for all stays
* Background and credit screening required for all adult guests
* No smoking on the property
* Quiet, respectful guests only
* Exterior security cameras monitor outdoor areas only. There are no cameras inside the suite.

Pet Policy

Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. Approved pets are subject to a $250 non-refundable pet fee, with a maximum of two pets.

Because the property owner has pets on-site, guest pets must be well-behaved, under their owner's control at all times, and compatible with other animals. Pet approval is required prior to booking, and information about your pet(s) may be requested during the screening process.

Minimum 30-day lease. Fully furnished with utilities, Wi-Fi, and parking included. Spacious 1,600 sq. ft. one-bedroom suite with flexible sleeping space for additional guests. Owner lives in the separate upstairs residence. A signed rental agreement is required. Security deposit: $500. One-time cleaning fee: $150. Pets considered with approval and pet fee. No smoking or vaping. Applicants are subject to credit and background screening.
