The home is in a cul-de-sac with three other attractive homes. The house has a heat pump for efficient heating and cooling, and a deck in back for morning coffee and evening barbecues. This home will be available on Oct.10. First and last month's rent, and $2200 security deposit are required upfront. We are looking for responsible tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least $6500 per month.     "This area is a fairly quiet place to live. The area is far enough away from downtown to not be congested, but close enough to be convenient to all major shopping on Washington ST. There is a local neighborhood park nearby, and although Fifth Ave is used as a shortcut to Sequim AVE, it's manageable. Really, this area is okay for anyone, but they should be open minded for young families and/or families with young children as the area seems to have quite a few."
