The streets are tree-lined giving in a more neighborhood feel than the entertainment and business center a few blocks south. You can walk to all of downtown - Gaslamp, Little Italy, and Bay in 10 minutes and the neighborhood is adjacent to the 163 and I-5 Freeways"
