The large apartment has good lighting, wood floors, large walk in closet, spacious bathroom and balcony over looking the valley. There is a pool with jacuzzi which the lower unit has control over, but they are pretty cool at letting you use it with notice, off-street parking, AC and heating and is in a quiet neighborhood just one street south of Sierra Madre in the highly sought-after Glendora school district, Cullen Elementary and Goddard Middle School are within walking distance.

The owner pays for trash and water.
