The private bathroom is exclusively for this room and features a spacious walk-in marble shower and double vanity. Guests share the kitchen. Conveniently located about 5 minutes from I-15, 3 minutes from shopping centers and stores, and about 10 minutes from the nearest mall and restaurants. Electricity and water are divided evenly by the number of people living at the property; Wi-Fi, gas, and trash are included. Pets are considered case by case.

Month-to-month lease. 60-day notice required to vacate. All utilities included for fair personal use only not for business operations or excessive use. Quiet, respectful tenants preferred.
